Dads card

Here is 1 of 4 cards I made on Sunday , it`s for his Birthday Wednesday  I hope to write up the other later.

Main card stock Paper mill ,Front Centural Pearl ,I placed my Spellbinders Tuck and Fold Die where I wanted it ,then cut it ,then placed my Mask underneath the die then embossed it ,where the masked finished I placed my ribbon from stash, candy from stash ,and a few sentiment I got with mag ages ago, then put mounting foam on the back.
Then I cut the 3 dies with Foundations paper as its double sided  and  then  did the  folds, in between the first and second finished cuts I have placed a circle to break it up as the pattern was a bit overwhelming,I put on Cosmic Shimmer teal glue on the spikes and in the centre . I then centred it up and stuck it down .

Thanks for stopping by

  3. Hi Mel,
This is lovely and I adore the way you have used the cut and fold die. I don't have any of these but the more I see them used, the more I think I should invest in some.
Hope you are well and feeling stronger day by day. Hugs Linda x

  4. Hi Melanie.
I thought as you kindly visit my blog and leave such lovely comments. I would visit yours. It took me a little while to work out how to do it. Not very technically minded and all that, but I got there in the end. I'm like the tortoise and the hare and you know which one I am. LOL. Now to your lovely card. I see you managed to get it done then. It is really great. I find Male cards very difficult to construct. I never seem to like them or get a buzz out of making them as much as ladies ones. By the way I scrolled down and looked at some of your others, and wow they are so beautiful. Didn't comment on them all as it's getting late, and time for my bed me thinks. Looking forward to visiting again. Happy crafting.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
